Thursday 5/03/2015 - Jommo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) has employed security dogs as a measure of improving security within the institution. This comes after the cases of thefty and influof illicit drugs were increasing at a shocking rate. The security dogs are being used in most entreances of the institution.The activity was carried during the morning hour at Gate B.
What many students failed to know is why the activity was carried out for few hours in the morning and then ceased. Some students said that the activity wasted some of their time as they were to queue for some minutes of inspection.
